 Terms and Conditions for Capt. Harry's Fly fishing Adventures and Tours

 Welcome to Capt. Harry Flyfishing Adventures and Tours.

 By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 1. Booking and Payment 

1.1 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking. 

1.2 Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of your scheduled trip. We accept cash,  and other payment methods as specified at the time of booking. 

2. Cancellation Policy

 2.1 Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

 • No Refund: Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

 • Transfer of Deposit: If you cancel your trip, your deposit can be applied to a future trip, provided that you rebook within one year of the original booking date.

 3. Weather and Safety 

3.1 Weather Conditions: Fishing trips are subject to weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule trips if conditions are deemed unsafe. Your safety is our top priority. 

3.2 Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their own safety and must follow the instructions of the guide at all times. 

4. Liability Waiver 

4.1 Assumption of Risk: Fishing and outdoor activities involve inherent risks. By participating in our tours, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

 4.2 Liability Release: Clients must sign a liability waiver prior to participating in any fishing trip. This waiver releases Capt. Harry Fly fishing Adventures and Tours from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the trip. 

5. Code of Conduct 

5.1 Respect for Nature: Clients are expected to respect the environment and adhere to all local fishing regulations.

 5.2 Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior or actions that may endanger themselves or others. 

6. Privacy Policy Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy [link to Privacy Policy] to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. 

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with a new effective date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

 8. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of BFFIA . Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of The Bahamas.
